Last week slipped away from me, but I haven't forgotten about sharing these fun family pictures! These cool cats braved some brisk fall air to capture some new family portraits downtown. (And get a sneak peek at Baby Parm, due to arrive next year!)

I remember agonizing over my senior pictures; nothing creates more anxiety than second guessing and over-analyzing the details that no one except you will notice. Allison was the exact opposite: cool as a cucumber, totally easygoing, and graciously willing to go along with some of my more hare-brained ideas. We had a great time shooting around town, and I think we can expect to see Alli achieve all kinds of great things in her future.
I was so excited when Abbey contacted me about family pictures. real talk: this is a good-looking family. Beauty aside, they're also so warm and friendly and fun--and they even brought along their own furniture (with rivets!). So yeah, I'll tramp through the woods with them any day.
It feels like it's been ages since I visited the McKeown family to snap some photographs of these cuties around their beautiful property! We may not have had many leaves left on the trees by the time our shoot rolled around, but when you're working with a baby as cute as Emma, who needs leaves?
Spending an afternoon photographing these cool cats ranks pretty high on the list of awesome ways to enjoy a fine autumn day in Eastown. Baby G recently celebrated her first birthday, and man oh man, that girl is just as sweet as she can be. And let's be honest: her parents are cool times a million. (I mean, seriously. URBAN CHICKENS.)
